Before you start?

Do I need an account to start?

Not to look. You can browse the public line and send a sample request without one. A buyer account adds wishlists, custom lists and the status of your requests and orders — ask for access and we will set you up.

How fast is a first sample?

As little as 7–14 days, using our New York studio together with our partner facilities in Greater China.

Can I follow my order?

Yes. In your portal an order shows its status — confirmed, in transit, completed — with every line item. Pricing and shipping details stay between you and your rep.

Do you do private label?

Start to finish: custom woven and printed labels, branded hangtags and packaging, and price tickets attached so product is floor-ready on arrival.
